Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us (if anything) in the 6 months before the claim arose, or (b) the equivalent of US$50.
